John Jordan
John Jordan
John Jordan is Chief Executive Officer, co-founder and managing partner of RoseRock since its creation in 2009. As a managing partner, he directs the development, management and implementation of the firm’s business and investment strategies. Mr. Jordan has over 20 years of experience in organizational leadership, community and facility development, investor relations, finance, sales and marketing. Throughout Mr. Jordan’s career, he has led numerous organizational and project teams in executing public, private and P3 ventures across various market sectors.
He leads all of the firm’s development projects and is responsible for equity capital for all ventures. In partnership with Jeff Brown, Mr. Jordan has created, managed and monetized numerous business interests and companies over the life of the partnership.
Mr. Jordan earned his M.S. from Texas A&M University in 1998 and his B.S. in 1997 from Iowa State University.
Jeff Brown
Jeff Brown
Jeff Brown is Chief Financial Officer, a co-founder and managing partner of RoseRock since its creation in 2009. Mr. Brown is an attorney, financial officer, accomplished venture capitalist, and business leader. With over 30 years of experience in law, finance, business development, and strategic planning, Mr. Brown brings a diverse skillset and proven business success to the firm. He has taken a lead role in completing mergers & acquisitions of both public & private companies valued in excess of $5B.
Mr. Brown oversees all financial and legal matters of the firm and is responsible for the efficient and strategic management of the company at a global and administrative level. He is responsible for acquisitions, insurance, tax and accounting, and banking relationships. In partnership with John Jordan, Mr. Brown is also responsible for equity capital and investor relations.
Mr. Brown received his J.D., Magna Cum Laude, from South Texas College of Law in 1992 and a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Houston in 1989 after attending The University of Texas at Austin for three years.
Ben Wall
Ben Wall
Ben Wall joined RoseRock in 2019 and serves as Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Wall previously held the same title for the Texas A&M Foundation where he spent over a decade managing the $1.9 billion endowment for the Texas A&M Foundation. In his role at the Texas A&M Foundation, Mr. Wall was responsible for overseeing all aspects of endowment management, including investment strategy, vision, portfolio construction, directing the investment team and managing relationships with hundreds of external investment managers. Mr. Wall has extensive experience investing in a wide variety of asset classes and investment structures including public equities, private equity, real estate, energy, venture capital, hedge funds, timber, public credit, and private credit strategies.
Mr. Wall will help guide new growth platforms, alternative investments, and overall investment strategy of the firm. Along with Mr. Brown and Mr. Jordan, he will be responsible for providing management and oversight of all of RoseRock’s investment efforts.
Mr. Wall received his M.S. and B.S. in Accounting from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University in 2003/2002. He is both a CFA Charterholder and Certified Public Accountant.
Tyler Coats
Tyler Coats
Tyler Coats joined RoseRock in 2014 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. He has over 15 years of construction and development related
experience and has worked on projects in a variety of business sectors including healthcare, corporate, industrial, public, retail, religious,
senior living and education.
Before joining RoseRock, Mr. Coats worked for Rogers O’Brien Construction Company in Dallas, Texas and SSC Service Solutions in College Station, Texas.
As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Coats focuses on all development and construction projects providing leadership related to pre-development services,
project management, value engineering and execution. He is responsible for coordinating the firm’s development and operational projects while assisting
the RoseRock affiliate companies with his expertise.
Mr. Coats earned his B.S. in Construction Science with a minor in Business in 2007 from Texas A&M University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Carma Kubu
Carma Kubu
Carma Kubu joined the firm in 2009 and serves as Vice President of Accounting. She manages all of the day-to-day financial and accounting of each project with the client, contractors and related parties. She has a depth of accounting related experience including 15 years in construction job cost accounting and over 12 years of real estate development accounting and finance.
Ms. Kubu is responsible for maintaining and managing budgets and financial statements for all RoseRock related companies and projects. She provides financial oversight for construction and project/property management. Ms. Kubu is instrumental in quarterly investor distributions and reporting while managing company payroll, insurance, year-end financial reporting and annual tax preparation.
Ms. Kubu served on the Board of Directors as President 2015-2016 for the Leading Women Express Network of Bryan/College Station.
Amy Bradley
Amy Bradley
Amy Bradley joined RoseRock in 2011 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. In addition
to many operational and administrative duties for RoseRock, she is responsible for the organization of all asset information and
transaction management. She serves our growing investor community managing all aspects of venture formation, capital management,
documentation, investor reporting and all tax related correspondence.
Ms. Bradley also assists in the preparation and distribution of all legal, financial and lease documentation as well as due diligence
organization and lender correspondence. She manages online content, including the company website and File Transfer Protocol sites for
RoseRock’s portfolio of assets.
She graduated from Southwestern University in 2004 with a B.A. in Fine Art.
Robert Rodriguez
Robert Rodriguez
Robert Rodriguez joined RoseRock in 2013 and serves as Vice President of Construction and Management. He assists in operating, maintaining and managing our portfolio of properties. He has over 20 years of construction and building management related experience and is always instrumental in solving problems at the facility level. Robert also coordinates and manages all on-site inspections, tenant improvement construction and facility maintenance.
Brett Lamm
Brett Lamm
Brett Lamm joined the RoseRock team in July 2022 and serves as Chief Lending Officer of RoseRock Private Lending. He is responsible for
managing the day-to-day operations of the Private Lending division, determining opportunities for growth and identifying team members and strategic
partnerships that enable that growth.
Mr. Lamm has over 12 years of banking experience with multiple banking institutions. He has managed all aspects of originating and servicing loans
in his previous role while also developing relationships with key clients and vendors. He has built the operations and personnel of several large
commercial lending portfolios. During this time, he also gained first-hand experience in many asset classes of commercial real estate.
Mr. Lamm received his B.S. in Aviation Science and Administration from Western Michigan University in 2008.
Sharon Pechal
Sharon Pechal
Sharon Pechal is Chief Accounting Officer and joined the company in 2020. She leads our accounting and bookkeeping functions
for all business platforms. Sharon helps manage payables, weekly cash reports, month end reconciliations, financial statements and
additional monthly reporting. She also manages our Private Lending and Net-Lease division with the servicing of loans and Fund accounting.
Sharon brings a wealth of financial experience and knowledge to RoseRock with over 28 years’ experience. Sharon worked across multiple
industries including real estate, construction and manufacturing. She received her BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University in 1988.
Jacob Jordan

Jacob Jordan joined RoseRock in 2020 and serves as Vice President of Acquisitions and Development. He assists all RoseRock platforms in a variety of capacities but spends most of his time
building and managing our Net-Lease portfolio. Jacob also assists with investor relations, marketing and our development portfolio projects.
Jacob earned his B.S. in Finance from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University in 2021.
Sofia Lopez
Sofia Lopez
Sofia Lopez joined RoseRock in 2021 and serves as Director of Fund Operations. Ms. Lopez is responsible for data organization and
management for our portfolio of properties in the Net Lease Fund and provides administrative support for loan management in the Private Lending Fund.
She also assists with the day-to-day interactions and correspondence with clients, tenants, lenders, and related parties.
Sofia received her B.S. in Allied Health from Texas A&M University in 2020.
Miles Morgan
Miles Morgan
Miles Morgan joined RoseRock full-time in 2023 and currently serves as Vice President of Development. Miles previously served the company for 2 years
as a student intern. In his current role, he primarily assists RoseRock’s development platform in a variety of capacities and specializes in our growing Build-To-Rent
portfolio. Miles also works on our micro-hospital projects and other strategic developments that are sponsored by RoseRock.
Miles earned his B.S. in Management/Finance with a minor in Religion from Baylor University in 2022.
Chris Pollack
Chris Pollack
Chris Pollack joined the RoseRock team in March 2024 and serves as Loan Servicing Associate of RoseRock Private Lending.
Chris is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations and all servicing-related tasks pertaining to our Private Lending
division. Chris also communicates daily with borrowers, bankers, and other relevant parties.
Chris earned his B.S. in Economics with a Finance focus and a minor in Business from Southern Methodist University in 2023.
